The customer can return the product within 7 days from the date of arrival. The amount will be refunded to the customer minus shipping fees. The customer is responsible for returning the product to the shipping company within the specified period. 2. Products must be unused and in their original condition with original packaging to maintain eligibility for return. 3. After verifying the products' safety upon arrival at our store, the amount will be refunded to the customer, with shipping fees deducted from the refunded amount. 4. If the products are damaged or not as described, "Mehad" store bears all costs of return or exchange within a period not exceeding 7 days from the date the product reaches the customer. 5. The customer can exchange the product for another product before the shipment is sent. 6. If the customer does not respond to the shipping company to receive their shipment and it is returned to "Mehad" store, the customer bears the shipping fees for resending it. 7. Products that are manufactured or customized according to the customer's request cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
